Storage requirements of pure polyester powder coatings

It should be stored in a ventilated, dry clean room below 25 ℃. It should be close to the fire source heating, should be stored in the open air. Under these conditions, the powder can be stored stably for 12 months. After the storage period, it can be inspected again. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.

Note: for the powder with low temperature curing luster below 40% (60 °), the storage temperature should be lower than 30 ℃.

---Household appliances: air conditioner, outdoor units, indoor appliances with high lighting conditions, lamps lanterns

---Building industry application: colorful curtain wall, door window frame, high lighting ceiling

---Traffic facilities: highway guardrail, barrier

---Auto parts, sports facilities, fitness equipment, gas station equipment, courtyard facilities

---Film thickness: 40 ~ 150 μ m, the recommended film thickness is 50 ~ 80 μ M.

---Average coverage: 10 ~ 12 m2 / kg, film thickness 60 μ m (calculated by 100% utilization rate)
